Teknium's Hermes Agent runs 15 hours and strips 375,000 lines from its own repo
Teknium · x · 2026-09-04
Teknium stress-tested Hermes Agent (powered by Fable 5.1) by having it clean up its own repository. One /goal command set it running for 15 hours, simplifying, unifying, optimizing, and deleting code until the repo shed 375,000 lines.
The execution used waves of 120 subagents — three sets of 15, with each subagent able to spawn its own subagents.
