Ultrasonium is building a new way to manufacture complex metal parts: solid feedstock goes in and a finished part comes out, controlled by a Physical AI layer that melts and deposits metal while using sound waves to shape it in the liquid state. It claims production up to 15x faster, 75% lower cost, and greater alloy versatility than legacy methods, starting with high-value critical parts for data centers, rockets, satellites, robots and energy systems.
