Artificial Analysis's Intelligence Index v4.1.1 thread breaks down GPT-6 Astra's economics: at max effort it costs 75% more per task than GPT-5.6 Sol, driven by a 2.5x price increase only partly offset by lower token use, leaving it largely behind its predecessor on the Intelligence Index vs cost-per-task frontier. Other thread findings: hallucination rate down from 92% to 51%, 80-point gain on AA-Briefcase but regression on GDPval-AA v2, and 10% fewer output tokens per task.
