A Noe Valley father says a Waymo robotaxi stopped within 13 feet of his fallen 2-year-old daughter in a crosswalk; Waymo says it wouldn't have hit her. The poster argues the 'nearly ran over' framing is irresponsible — 13 feet is two king-size mattresses of clearance.
