Claude Code self-hosted environments enter public beta

Claude Code's self-hosted environments are now in public beta: run claude self-hosted-runner setup to execute cloud sessions inside your own infrastructure. Similar to self-hosted CI runners, sessions run within your network and can reach VPNs, private registries, and databases behind firewalls.
