The Guardian reports OpenAI has released Astra, claiming a new era of AGI. President Greg Brockman said future retrospect may mark this as AGI's creation. CEO Sam Altman had earlier called AGI an 'irrelevant marketing term'. The release follows a safety incident that paused training.
