Cloud AI services from OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, and Google suffered rare overlapping interruptions Thursday morning. Anthropic reported elevated errors across Claude models at 9:23 am ET, fixed by 12:16 pm; OpenAI's ChatGPT and Codex degradation started at 10:43 am and was resolved by 12:55 pm.
