Hyper3D's WorldGen turns one photo into an interactive 3D world with physics

Yingmu Technology's Hyper3D released WorldGen, which turns a single 2D photo into a full interactive 3D world, built on CAST — a SIGGRAPH 2025 Best Paper Award winner shared only with Google and Meta that year.
- From one image, it identifies every object, fills in hidden geometry, and rebuilds each as a separate 3D model — tables, chairs, and props are independently movable, swappable, and editable
- Physics is built in: collisions, mass, friction, and how objects actually sit or lean on each other
- Supports manually selecting a single object for generation
- Assets drop straight into Blender, Unity, and Unreal, ready for robot training sims, film, game dev, and XR
