OpenAI ships GPT-6 Astra; Brockman suggests it could be AGI

OpenAI has released GPT-6 Astra. At a press briefing, president Greg Brockman suggested the model could be AGI. He and other executives also addressed a recent Information report about a technique that could make future models harder to monitor.
