Sanders and Rep. Casar introduce bill to ban artificial superintelligence amid pro-regulation polling

Rep. Greg Casar announced a bill with Bernie Sanders to ban artificial superintelligence, claiming ASI would risk Americans' security, freedom and lives. Cambridge researcher David Krueger adds that recent private polling shows a plurality of Americans support pausing AI, with less than 10% thinking no new regulation is needed.
