All Chromium Browsers Hit by Hard-to-Reproduce Data Loss Bug, Devs Say

Developer uwukko reports that all Chromium browsers, including Chrome and Helium, are affected by a data-loss issue tied to DB problems. Fixing it has taken months: the bug is nearly impossible to reproduce intentionally, and shipping aggressive changes risks more data loss. Google is also attempting mitigations.
