fal announced H3 Max Turbo (preview), running 2x faster at half the cost of H3 Max — a 4x cost/speed gain — while targeting the 97th percentile of H3 Max's quality on its evals and still beating H3 and other video models.
It keeps H3 Max's prompt understanding and aesthetics while halving generation time. During the two-week promotional window, 768p output costs $0.01 per second of video.
