LukeW: AI products are cramming old apps into a new platform shift

Designer Luke Wroblewski flags two blind spots in today's AI products: collaboration (AI tools are solo sports that flood people with output nobody knows how to process) and form factor (most AI products stuff familiar apps into the new platform instead of skipping tools to deliver outcomes directly, just like 'brochures online' of the web era). In a follow-up he argues the next abstraction layer means agents handle application use — future generations won't learn GUI apps at all.
