Though the demo video uses teleoperation, Ultra's go-to-market is drawing praise: rapid deployment in customer 3PL sites via a RaaS model, iterating in real operations, collecting machine and business-flow data, and building trust before scaling humanoid robots — reportedly the first hybrid industrial-arm + semi-humanoid approach.
