Google Launches WeatherNext 3, Its Most Accurate AI Weather Model

Google announced WeatherNext 3, billed as its most advanced and accurate global weather AI model, built by Google DeepMind and Google Research.
The model learns directly from real-time observations and uses raw satellite data to produce high-resolution forecasts every hour, enabling more timely and localized predictions. It will power forecasts across Google products including Search, Gemini and Maps.
