ARQ Studios and CapCut Announce Spectrum, a Full AI-Made Film on Why Humans Create
JaynitMakwana · x · 2026-09-03
ARQ Studios and CapCut have announced Spectrum, a full-length film made entirely with next-generation AI filmmaking tools. Rather than chasing visual spectacle, the film tackles a philosophical question: where does humanity's universal desire to create come from — from the Big Bang, through matter becoming life and consciousness, to AI as the latest and most disruptive creation.
The teams frame it as a step beyond short tech demos into actual cinema, produced by CapCut and directed by ARQ Studios.
