Enterprise AI startup Wonderful raises $550M at $5B valuation, 2.5x in six months

Israeli-Dutch enterprise AI startup Wonderful announced a $550M Series C led by Insight Partners, with Salesforce joining as a new investor, valuing the company at $5B — 2.5x its $2B valuation from March. Investors also bought $170M of employee and early-investor shares on the secondary market.
Founded in early 2025, Wonderful builds an enterprise "AI OS" spanning managed workflows, productivity agents, AI-native apps, and conversational agents, with a model-agnostic modular design deployable across clouds and on-prem. It serves 100 enterprise customers across 35+ markets, with annualized revenue of $70M (up from $1M a year ago). The company, now 650 employees, plans to grow past 1,000 by year-end — mainly hiring forward-deployed engineers — and intends to launch coding agents and tools that replace legacy enterprise software.
