OpenEvidence Launches Medical AI Model Family, Darwin Scores First-Ever 100% on MedQA

Medical AI company OpenEvidence has released a new model family it claims is the highest-scoring medical AI model family on every mainstream benchmark as of 2026.
- Three models live now: Osler (for quick hallway questions), Sackett (for deeper consults), and Snow (for tumor board discussions) — all held to the same clinical accuracy standard, differing in thinking time and search depth, available to verified clinicians on web, iOS and Android.
- A fourth model, Darwin: the first AI in history to score a perfect 100% on MedQA. Given such capability cuts both ways in medicine, Darwin is in research preview by application only while its safeguards are validated with partners like @RareDiseases.
