Google DeepMind launches WeatherNext 3, its latest AI weather forecasting model

Researchers at Google DeepMind and Google Research have released WeatherNext 3, the latest AI weather forecasting model. It sees the changing atmosphere more clearly and predicts atmospheric behavior more frequently, continuing the deep-learning-driven transformation of meteorology.
Google says it will begin feeding the model's output into its operational weather forecasting.
