Don't Dump Raw Text Into Agent Pipelines: Annotate and Categorize Your Documents

- In the author's workflow, two triage agents turn each document into a file (CSV, JSONL, etc.).
- Beyond fields, add decoration, annotation, and categorization so each item is actually useful — the processed NYT article file contains both the original text and rich annotations, helpful for researchers and for LLMs/agents alike, rather than a plain PDF or plaintext dump into a table.
