KarlMuth shows how the two triage agents in his research workflow convert each document into a file (CSV, JSONL, etc.) with fields plus decoration/annotation so each item is actually useful, rather than dumping a PDF or plaintext string into a table. He argues the common complaint "I gave it stuff, but it didn't use stuff" usually stems from unstructured inputs — a pile of PDFs is not the structured library he describes.
