NVIDIA launches Agent Toolkit with OpenShell runtime for self-evolving enterprise AI agents

At GTC, NVIDIA announced NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, an open source platform for building autonomous, self-evolving enterprise AI agents.
Key points:
- OpenShell, a new open source runtime enforcing policy-based security, network and privacy guardrails to make autonomous agents ("claws") safer to deploy.
- AI-Q Blueprint, built with LangChain, tops DeepResearch Bench accuracy leaderboards using a hybrid approach combining frontier and open models that can cut query costs in half.
- Partners including Adobe, Atlassian, Box, Cisco, Red Hat, SAP, Salesforce, Siemens, and ServiceNow are advancing enterprise and physical AI agents with the toolkit.
Jensen Huang said Claude Code and OpenClaw sparked the agent inflection point—extending AI beyond reasoning into action—and that enterprise software will evolve into specialized agentic platforms.
