Reddit user ditches inbox-triage agents, gives each agent its own email address instead

A Reddit user reversed the standard 'AI inbox triage agent' advice: real inboxes have too many rules and context an agent can't infer from subject lines. Instead, he gave each agent its own email address on his domain—the address is the instruction. Forwarding a bill creates a ClickUp task, forwarding an article returns a summary, sending attachments files them into a knowledge vault, and replying to an agent's email resumes the conversation with full context, right next to the original message.
