Google Expands Merchant Center AI Performance Insights to Australia, Canada, India & New Zealand

Following its July rollout for US merchants, Google has expanded Merchant Center's AI performance reports to Australia, Canada, India, and New Zealand. The reports show how brands are discovered across Google's generative AI ecosystem, revealing performance for conversational shopping queries in AI Mode and AI Overviews, currently for English-language queries only. Barry Schwartz notes the help doc saw numerous changes worth reviewing.
