AI reads chest CTs to estimate per-organ age across lungs, heart and arteries on 35K scans

Researchers trained AI to read routine chest CT scans and score the biological age of individual organs—lungs, heart, aorta, coronary and pulmonary arteries—validating the approach on 35,000 scans. The point: aging tests are 'hiding in plain sight' in already-common medical imaging.
