Only incidents listing ChatGPT under 'Affected components' count; API-, Codex-, FedRamp- or Ads-only incidents don't. Odds already sit at 94¢ for an outage by Sept 30 (49¢ by Sept 15), suggesting the market considers another ChatGPT outage near-certain.
