Cosmos Network shared a fully custom 3D-printed biped robot with notable engineering choices: articulated legs use a servo horn plus bearing on the opposite side to avoid skew under load (2-10cm steps), topology-optimized shins and 3D-printed cycloidal gearboxes cut inertia, and motors are cocooned for impact resistance. A reproducible blueprint for hobbyist legged robots.
