'AI in European Law - A Deep View' (Nomos, 2026, 233 pp., DOI: 10.5771/9783748969303) is now available open access.
The edited volume asks how well European law can govern AI across tax administration, the workplace, competition and data sharing, access to justice, legal personhood, financial fraud, and smart contracts — combining doctrinal analysis with real cases to show where the EU AI Act protects fundamental rights and where critical gaps remain.
