Open-access book 'AI in European Law' dives into EU AI Act across nine papers

The edited volume 'AI in European Law - A Deep View' (Nomos, 233 pp., eds. Herwig Hofmann, Elif Biber & Zahra Yusifli) is now open access.
Its nine papers cover: EU AI Act scope limits in tax administration, labour rights and high-risk AI, data sharing in competition law, LLM-assisted self-represented litigation, legal personhood for autonomous AI, AI in payment fraud detection, smart contract securities under Luxembourg law, and gaps in the Act's rights protections.
