Maker with $1M+/month business joins Squad as partner: AI teammates run his ops
tibo_maker · x · 2026-09-03
tibomaker explains why he joined Squad: he runs a $1M+/month business and Squad has become the operating layer for his tiny human team.
His core argument: the value isn't prompting — "I set up the jobs, they run automatically... most days I don't open it," while every competing product he tried required him at the keyboard. After months of giving feedback as a non-churning MissionControlHQ customer, he partnered with founders Bhanu and Dheeraj (previously of SiteGPT) on distribution and product, renaming it Squad: "MissionControlHQ described the dashboard. Squad describes the teammates."
