Squad launches with a built-in Chief of Staff that routes work across AI teammates

Maker tibomaker launched Squad, a multi-agent teamwork product built around a "Chief of Staff" architecture:
- Instead of managing AI teammates directly, users tell the Chief what they need; it routes each job to the right teammate and spins up new ones when required
- The Chief keeps users posted on what's running, what's done, and what needs human attention
- Per the author's follow-ups, Squad runs on subscriptions users already have (ChatGPT, Claude, SuperGrok, Gemini) and automatically continues work on the next plan when one hits its limit — a contrast with xAI's Grok Bot, which only runs on Grok
The product is based on MissionControlHQ, in development for about a year and battle-tested by real teams, including the author's own $1M+/month business.
