Wes Roth Builds Four Full AI Games on Claude Fable 5.1's Low-Effort Setting
Wes Roth · youtube · 2026-09-03
YouTuber Wes Roth says he has been building with Claude Fable 5.1 since launch day, producing four games: Blood Grid, a fully voiced Blood Bowl-style fantasy football game with its own AI engine, headless simulator and Bradley-Terry balance bench; a bullet-time subway shooter; a self-playing isometric Tarkov-style extraction game; and The Gilded Mansion, an Among Us-style social deduction game where all players are LLMs.
He reports no bugs or derping, and says the model even warned him about knock-on effects of rule changes before he could break the game. The twist: nearly all of it was built on LOW and MEDIUM effort settings, leading him to argue that critics calling the model overrated may simply have their effort slider set too high.
