Solution: bi-temporal knowledge graph — every fact carries two timestamps (valid time: when it held in the real world; record time: when the system learned it). Updates mark old versions as ended and link to new ones, keeping objective and epistemic timelines separate

Simple deployment: one Rust program + PostgreSQL, with full-text search, vector storage and task queues built in — no Elasticsearch, vector service or message queue
