Lipid Age Acceleration stays predictive after adjusting for age, BMI, staging
MaxUnfried · x · 2026-09-03
From MaxUnfried's thread: Lipid Age Acceleration is an independent predictor of patient survival — each 1-year increase in LAA correlates with worse overall survival (HR=1.09, p<0.005), and remains predictive even after adjusting for age, BMI, clinical staging, and the standard tumor marker CA19-9.
