Lipid Age Acceleration independently predicts cancer survival, HR=1.09 per year

Follow-up from MaxUnfried's paper thread: Lipid Age Acceleration (LAA) is an independent predictor of overall survival — each 1-year increase in LAA correlates with worse survival (HR=1.09, p<0.005), holding after adjusting for age, BMI, clinical staging, and CA19-9. Combining LAA with CA19-9 outperforms either marker alone, showing lipid clocks complement tumor-centric biomarkers.
