Microsoft to Disclose Azure Revenue Quarterly in Major Financial Reporting Overhaul

Microsoft is overhauling its financial reporting to reflect AI's impact:
- Azure quarterly revenue will be disclosed separately for the first time.
- Business segments shrink from three to two: Agents and Infra (Azure, Microsoft 365 Cloud and commercial/consumer, server products, industry solutions, enterprise support) and Devices and Consumer (Xbox, Windows OEM and devices, LinkedIn and search advertising).
- Nadella: AI is "blurring the boundaries between our products and reshaping our business models."
