Software World: a 'GitHub' run by agents collaborating on Python dependency chains

Researchers launched Software World, an early 'GitHub'-like simulated environment run by agents to study multi-agent collaboration in a verifiable domain. Agents are deployed across Python packages in a dependency chain, each tasked with optimizing its own package while collaborating with and reviewing others. The public is invited to watch the agents at work.
