UNREEL: open-source AI streaming service generates video live, rendering faster than playback

UNREEL, an open-source GitHub project billed as your personal AI video streaming service, generates nothing until you press play:
- How it works: a showrunner LLM writes the episode a few shots at a time while MiniMax H3 Max Turbo renders each shot live on fal. Rendering is faster than playback, so the next shot is always ready—making an infinite channel possible.
- Original films: 14 titles across hard sci-fi, cyber-noir, western, folk horror, heist, romance, boxing and dark fantasy. Each is a single continuous take: every shot starts from the exact last frame of the previous one, keeping characters, light and place consistent, with word-for-word dialogue shown as captions.
- Live channels: 8 endless brainrot channels.
