Copy agent traces into a spreadsheet: the dead-simple eval loop for non-technical teams

For non-technical people, a spreadsheet is enough for agent evals: paste the agent's inputs and outputs into Excel, annotate the outputs by hand, then feed those annotations and traces to a general-purpose agent to improve the agent accordingly. The point: annotation data itself powers the improvement loop, no fancy tooling required.
