Tastone's AWE3.7 shows one embodied brain spanning factory, logistics and home tasks

Tastone (TRAE Robotics) released a dense series of task demos for its generalist embodied foundation model AWE3.7 over ten days, all running on a single base model across four domains.
- Industrial: sub-millimeter cable insertion, dual-hand tape wrapping over flexible wire harnesses, screw driving with torque feedback, phone boxing — all with autonomous error recovery under perturbations.
- Dynamic tasks: following a moving conveyor, tracking relocated bins, integrated loco-manipulation with coupled upper/lower body, fully end-to-end without human intervention.
- Home: folding-range laundry pickup, whiteboard erasing with hand swapping, backpack packing, breakfast setup, and smoothie making involving soft-object handling.
The approach follows a closed loop of native architecture, dual-prior pretraining on over one million hours of human-centric real video with visual-tactile data, world-model-driven post-training, and scaled validation. In industry, AWE-powered robots already run on automotive wire-harness assembly lines; the A1 robot set a Guinness record for sub-millimeter harness assemblies in March 2026, and AWE won the SAIL Star at WAIC.
