- xAI is running a Grok Imagine video contest on X with prizes of $100K, $50K and $25K for scenes adapted from Homer's The Odyssey.
- A contestant published a 5-minute cinematic entry, "Odyssey Entered the Underworld," centered on Tiresias's prophecy, with 2 minutes of dialogue quoting Homer's original lines.
- All sound, music and Foley were generated in Imagine; only the opening title uses a public-domain reconstruction of an ancient Greek score, with sound editing done in Premiere and set design inspired by real Bronze Age Greek artifacts.
