- He ran this "dark factory" experiment all year to build and maintain Dynachat, an AI tutor app he says he has never read a line of.
- The factory is now open source: paste the prompt at the top of the README into your coding agent to install the whole setup. It runs on Archon, his open-source workflow engine, plus a skill that builds a dark factory from scratch.
