Runway co-founder and co-CEO Anastasis Germanidis unveiled Solaris, which the company calls an "interface world model" — an interactive video model that renders user interfaces directly, pixel by pixel.

- Traditional UIs require writing HTML/CSS that then renders pixels; Solaris skips the intermediate code and streams interfaces straight from a real-time video model
- Dropping the code layer unlocks far more flexibility, letting builders leverage everything a video model can do
