Why a single chat thread is the right interface for consumer agents

Responding to debate over whether iMessage suits agents, gramliu argues after heavy use of Instinct that a single thread is the right consumer-agent interface: multi-convo makes users remember where they discussed X, multi-agent makes users route to the right agent, while single-agent just works. Multi-convo/multi-agent can live under the hood as implementation details—good products minimize user-facing complexity.
