Looking for a <500M SLM to Summarize Code Snippets for Local Agents

In a personal assistant agent experiment, the author removed all tools, replaced them with a single Python module, and dumped its documentation into the system prompt — it works fantastically. Now they want a much smaller model (<500M params) running on local clients that can take a code snippet and return a very short description of what the agent did, similar to the tiny 100M conversation-titling models. They ask the community whether anyone has trained a model specifically for this kind of code summarization, or which sub-500M models are worth trying.
