Antibody Discovery Benchmark: 100 evals to test AI agents' scientific decisions across drug discovery

kenbwork · x · 2026-09-03

A new Antibody Discovery Benchmark tests whether AI agents can make sound scientific decisions across therapeutic antibody discovery: 100 evaluations across ten areas from real drug programs, including target/modality selection, assay design, binder discovery, binding characterization, cellular pharmacology, antibody engineering, and preclinical de-risking. It emphasizes that antibody discovery is multiparameter and context-dependent—display enrichment can reflect amplification bias rather than binding, and strong binding to purified antigen may not translate to native cell-surface recognition.
