Cloudflare Images adds text rasterization, tokenless management, and new binding methods

Cloudflare Images ships a batch of updates: a .text() method to rasterize text into images with font/size/color options, metadata filtering for .list(), .signedUrl() for server-side signing, .createDirectUpload() for user uploads, tokenless hosted-image management, and edge caching via Workers Cache.
