Uber lays off 3,300 people, 10% of staff, to flatten management and boost robotaxi bets

Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi announced in an internal email that the company is cutting about 3,300 jobs, roughly 10% of its global headcount, to reduce management layers and invest more in ridesharing, delivery, and robotaxi divisions.
