Have Fable handle only analysis, architecture, task decomposition and verification, while implementation work (reading code, writing code, running tests, bulk edits) goes to Opus/Sonnet subagents — with a copy-paste orchestration prompt included. Plus: /clear between tasks, /compact mid-task, and check /usage bars daily to rebalance. The author reports this pacing sustains both intelligence density and quota until reset.
