Amazon's AI assistant can now spot fake emails claiming to be from the company

Amazon is combating impersonation scams with a new feature: ask Alexa for Shopping whether an email, text, or call really came from Amazon.
- The assistant uses AI to compare the message "against a record of every message Amazon has sent," analyzing contents, formatting, and the sender;
- It only confirms a message is real if it is "completely certain";
- Example: a customer asking whether an OTP text from 98626 was genuinely from Amazon.
